Modification of the Cessna 421C for installation of a Space Imaging System in accordance with Space Imaging Drawings: "Cessna 421 Camera Port Deflector & Plate Installation," S01-211, Rev. 0, dated 3/23/99; "Cessna 421 Camera Port Installation," S01-001, Rev. 0, Dated 3/23/99; "Cessna 421 Wiring Installation," S01-231, Rev. A, dated 3/31/99, or later FAA approved revisions.
1. A copy of this certificate, along with a copy of FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement to the Cessna 421C Airplane Flight Manual, for the Space Imaging System, Aircraft S/N 421C0516, dated May 14, 1999, is required and must be maintained as a part of the permanent records for this aircraft.
2. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in the Cessna Model 421C aircraft, Serial Number 421C0561 only.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
4. This modification did not increase the noise level and was not considered an acoustical change as defined in paragraph 21.93(b) of the Federal Aviation Regulations
5. This aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Cessna Model 421C Modified for Digital Imaging, Document Number SI-921, Revision (-), dated March 14, 1999, or later FAA approved revisions and must be maintained as a part of the permanent records for this aircraft.
