1. Operation must be in accordance with the ATI Engineering Services, LLC Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Document Number FMS-200802, Revision -, FAA approved on July 12, 2021, or later FAA approved revision.
The AFMS must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document Number ICA-200802, Revision -, dated April 23, 2021, or later FAA accepted revision.
The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
5. The Textron Aviation, Inc. Cargo Barrier, part number 2601069-4, part of the factory option Cargo Equipment Kit FK06W cargo equipment kit is required to be installed prior to conducting cargo operations with the Cargo Roller Floor Panels installed.
6. The Textron Aviation, Inc. 0.375” Plywood Floor Kit, factory option CRQ 085, part number 2601364-3, is required to be installed prior to installing the Cargo Roller Floor Panels.
Based on 14 CFR § 21.101 and § 21.115, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis is as follows:
