23 Defines an all cargo interior configuration using web nets. The all cargo interior configuration is defined by the top drawing of Raytheon Aircraft Services No. 114-0100, Revision (--), dated April 17, 1996, with an "FAA Approved" stamp of April 17, 1996, or later FAA approved revision.
The Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. RAS114-590021 is required equipment when this STC is installed.
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
