Installation of a hydraulically controlled variable pitch 3-bladed propeller Model MTV-9-B-C/C188-18b in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GMBH Installation Instruction No. E - 659 -E, dated January 11, 2001 or later FAA approved revision.

1.) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2.) A copy of this certificate and FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement E-660-E, Revision No. 1, dated August 20, 2001 or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

3.) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness will be implemented through Document No. ATA 61-01-24 (E-124), Operation and Installation Manual, Issue 25, dated March 3, 2000 or later FAA approved revision (Issue) and Service Bulletin No. 1W, EB-Nr. I - EC 34, dated March 8, 1999 or later FAA approved revision and is a required part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft, and defines inspection, TBO, and maintenance requirements.

4.) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
