Description of Type Design Change Installation of winglets in accordance with FAA Approved AG-TIPS Master Drawing List (MDL) No. 647-00, Revision E, dated July 1, 1997, or Marburger Enterprises, Inc. Master Drawing List (MDL) No. 647-00, Revision I, dated May 20, 1998, or later FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above aircraft model(s) only. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. (See Continuation Sheet page 3).
