Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above aircraft model(s) only. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report Number 657.11, dated June 15, 1998, or later FAA approved revision, is required as part of this installation.

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness must be available to maintenance personnel.

3. This airplane configuration is approved for restricted category operations, FAR

21.25(b)(1), agricultural, when configured in accordance with FAA approved AG-TIPS Master Drawing List (MDL) 657-00, Revision E, dated July 1, 1997 or Marburger Enterprises, Inc. Master Drawing List (MDL) 657-00, Revision 1, dated May 20, 1998, or later FAA approved revisions.
