If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, MU2-3003, dated March 20, 1997, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
