Replacement of certain Goodrich pneumatic deicer boots in accordance with SMR Technologies, Inc. Master Drawing List MDL- 0004, Revision F, dated August 27, 2003, or later FAA approved revision.

1. Approval of this change in type design extends to the airplane models listed on the AML with previously approved deicer boots only. Intermix of these deicer boots with previously approved deicer boots is permitted. A copy of this Certificate and FAA AML No. SA00505SE, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

2. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission
