1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document ND34-02-0001-00 entitled: “Instructions for Continued Airworthiness of New Avionics Systems installed in the Raytheon H90 King Air (T-44A) Series Aircraft,” Revision 6.0, dated September 30, 2009, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of the permission.
4. A copy of this certificate and FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document ND34-07-0001-00, Revision 2.0, dated September 24, 2008, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
