1. Approval of this change in type design applies to the aircraft models listed above

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. A copy of this Certificate and the FAA Approved Model List issued December 3, 2007, Lord Corporation Manufacturing Drawing List SE-1076-MDL, Revision IR, dated June 26, 2007, and Lord Corporation Installation Drawing List SE-1076-IDL, dated June 28, 2007 or later FAA approved revisions must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document Number 32-20-06, Revision New, dated June 28, 2007, or later FAA accepted is required for this installation.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
