Installation of a SPECTRE Lift Platform System and ventral camera turret provisions, in accordance with Master Drawing List, Document No. PBA.600.103-MDL, Revision A, dated March 27, 2007, FAA approved June 20, 2007, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of permission.
3. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as a part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document PBA.600-103-FMS, Revision IR, dated June 20, 2007, or later FAA approved revision is required for the modified Model PC-12/45 and PC-12/47 aircraft.
FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document PBA.600-103-FMS/47E, Revision IR, dated March 19, 2009, or later FAA approved revision is required for the modified Model PC-12/47E aircraft.
6. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number PBA.600.103-ICA/47E, Revision A, dated December 22, 2008, FAA accepted December 23, 2008 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation on Model PC-12/47E aircraft.
