3.) Installation Instructions as listed in AML SA00673DE Rev. IR dated January 9, 2009 or later FAA approved revision are required for this installation.

4.) A copy of this certificate and the FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual, listed in AML SA00673DE Rev. IR dated January 9, 2009 or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the aircraft.

5.) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
