Michael Adamson Airplane Flight Manual Supplement #1 dated February 23, 1999, or later FAA approved revision, is required with this installation.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this modification in type design applies to the above listed airplane only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model. Installation of Teledyne Continental Motors O-470-M is permitted only when modified in accordance with STC SE00736LA. A copy of this STC ( SA00735LA), Michael Adamson, Installation Instructions Manual #1 along with FAA Form 337 approved August 29, 1997, describing work accomplished on nose bowl shall be maintained as part of the permanent maintenance records of the modified aircraft. It is the responsibility of the installer to determine that the interrelationship between this change and any previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse affect on the airworthiness of the aircraft.
