Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Raisbeck Enhanced Performance Leading Edge (SA3831NM), Dual Aft Body Strakes (SA3591NM), Ram Air recovery Systems (SA3366NM), High Flotation Gear Doors (SA4175NM) and Hartzel/Beechcraft Turbofan Propeller System. Installed in accordance with Raisbeck Engineering Master Drawing List 99-1500, Revision H, dated February 14, 2014, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved revision, and requires the incorporation of Supplemental Type Certificates SA4175NM (when equipped with High Flotation Gear), SA3366NM, SA3831NM, and SA3591NM.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the models shown on the approval model list only. This approval should not be extended to these models on which other previously-approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate and the appropriate FAA-approved airplane flight manual supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. Aircraft must be operated in accordance with an FAA-approved copy of the applicable Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) listed in Raisbeck Engineering Document 11-200EPIC-ORL, Revision IR, dated February 14, 2014, or later FAA-approved revision.
