Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Hamilton Standard 3D40 Hub with Pacific Propeller AG-100-2 propeller blades in accordance with Cascade Flying Service Document CFS-99288, Revision IR, dated January 11, 2000.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the modification of Air Tractor Model 401, S/N 0704, N1008Y. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated January 11, 2000, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the ba sis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
