Activation of previously approved Static Source Error Correction (SSEC) software used with the Garmin GDC 74B Air Data Computers in accordance with West Star Aviation, Inc. Master Data List, Document No. 3740328-001, Rev IR, dated Apr 07, 2014, or later FAA approved revision.
1. The installer must determine if this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. The modified aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. 755328-001, Rev. IR, dated Nov 06, 2013, or later FAA approved revision.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) does not approve the installation of required equipment for reduced vertical separation minimum (RVSM). The following must be previously installed on eligible aircraft:
a. STC#SA02153LA-D, including Dual Garmin GDC 74B Air Data Computers with an SSEC Enablement Card (P/N 010-00769-83), and dual Garmin G600 with software version 3.08 or later.
b. STC#SA09622AC, including S-Tec Magic 2100 Digital Flight Control System (P/N 01304-01-01-003).
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Cessna 441 aircraft with activated SSEC software used with the Garmin GDC 74B air data computer is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Cessna 441 airplanes as shown on TCDS A28CE for parts not changed or not affected by this STC.
b. The certification basis for the parts affected by this change since the reference date of application, Oct 1, 2013, is based upon Part 23 as amended by Amendment 23-62. Based on 14 CFR §§
21.115 and 21.101, and FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:

It has been determined that this modification is a No Acoustical Change per 14 CFR 21.93 (b).
