Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document No. 2016012-ICA, Revision IR dated 11/29/2016, FAA Accepted 12/8/2016, or later FAA accepted revision are required to be made available at installation.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Installation of this STC is limited to airplanes configured with no passenger seats in the areas where the floor is installed.
