Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document No. CW0725-1007, Revision IR dated 4/1/2017, FAA Accepted 4/15/2017, or later FAA accepted revision are required to be made available at installation.

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. CW0715-1057, Revision IR dated 2/3/2017, FAA Approved 4/15/2017, or later FAA approved revision is required for this modification.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
