Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Rainbow Flying Service fuselage formers manufactured in accordance with the data called out in AML No. SA00860SE.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the airplane models listed on AML SA00860SE only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. (See “Continuation Sheet”, Page 3)

NOTE: This modification must be maintained in accordance with instructions for continued airworthiness specified on the continuation sheet to this STC.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the ba sis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Airplanes modified in accordance with this STC must be maintained in accordance with the following instructions for continued airworthiness.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness:

1. Inspect the elevator trim cables where they pass through the copper grommets in the fuselage formers at annual inspections. This must be accomplished at 100 hour intervals if the relevant operational rules require 100 hour inspections.
