Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval for change in type design is limited to Piper Model PA-22-150, serial number 22-7497 only. The cut ends of the control yoke ends must be filed smooth, and any sharp edges must be chamfered with a file. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
