1. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Thrush Aircraft Inc. S2R - Series modified in accordance with this STC, Revision D, dated May 31, 2018, or later FAA approved revision, is required.

2. Aircraft specification limits are the same as listed on Type Certificate Data Sheet No. A4SW except as listed in the FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Thrush Aircraft Inc. S2R - Series modified in accordance with this STC.

3. Limits for Walter a.s. turboprop engine model M601D-11, M601E-11 and GE Aviation Czech engine model H75-100, H75-200, H80, H80-100, H80-200 with Avia Propeller Ltd. model V510, 510AG, V508E-AG/99A or V508E-AG/106A are as published in the FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for the Thrush Aircraft Inc. S2R - Series modified in accordance with this STC.

4. The life limit for the Avia Propeller Ltd. models V510, V510AG, V508E-AG/99A and V508E-AG/106A, in accordance with Type Certificate Data Sheet Number P2BO or P21BO, and as referenced in the Avia maintenance manual, is 6,000 flight hours.

5. Power lever positions below flight idle (Beta range) when aircraft is in flight can result in severe overspeeding and/or loss of aircraft control.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
