The "HOWL COWL'' is installed in accordance with LoPresti Speed Merchants Master Drawing List, Report No. 34, dated June 09, 1996, or later FAA approved revision.
This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This Modification is applicable to aircraft that have or do not have the automatic landing gear system installed or have had the system deactivated with Piper Service Kit No.
765 199. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement for HOWL COWL modification, Report No. 4, dated January 26, 1996, or revision "A", dated July 01, 1996, pertinent to your modification is an inherent part of their Supplemental Type Certificate. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
