Description of the Type Design Change: Fabrication of Kawak Aviation Technologies Inc. YD61600 Auxiliary Hydraulic System in accordance with Kawak Aviation Technologies Inc. Drawing List No.
35400-MDL, Revision C, dated July 31, 2006, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. Install in accordance with Kawak Aviation Technologies Inc. Installation Manual No. KATI-IM- 663, Revision B, dated August 9, 2006, or later FAA approved revision. Maintain in accordance with Kawak Aviation Technologies Inc. Airplane Maintenance Manual Supplement No. KATI-MM-663, Revision B, dated July 15, 2006, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and other previously approved modification will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and Kawak Aviation Technologies Inc. Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement No. KATI-FM-663, Revision A, dated August 10, 2006, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
