Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of electric elevator trim system in accordance with Ernest Hansen drawings, photographs, and instructions contained in the Federal Aviation Administration project file.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval for change in type design is limited to Globe Swift GC-1B aircraft, Serial Number 115 only. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the ba sis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
