Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of 19” Equipment Rack manufactured in accordance with Master Drawing List VTX154-90, Revision A, dated April 16, 2002, or later FAA approved revision, and installed and maintained in accordance with Maintenance Manual Supplement VT-VTX 154-13, Revision IR, dated April 25, 2002, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and the FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, VT-VTX154-11, Revision IR, dated May 13, 2002, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. The STC holder will provide a written permission statement to each person it authorizes to use this certificate to alter the product.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
