FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, GN4-T-250-10, Rev A dated 1/17/2022, FAA approved 7/2/2022 or later FAA approved revision, is required for this installation.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. This modification has been determined to be a no acoustic change in accordance with 14 CFR 21.93

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Pratt & Whitney FAST System Installation is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Textron Aviation Inc 1900C and 1900D is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, 5/13/2021 is based upon 14 CFR Part 23, effective February 1, 1965 plus Amendments 23-1 through 23-63. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
