2. This modification requires the installation of the Advanced Wing Technologies Corp. wing in accordance with FAA STC SA00857NY, issued July 6, 1998 and amended Feb. 1, 2000.
3. Transport Canada approved Aero Consulting Services Flight Manual Supplement B75191 Revision N/C, dated Aug. 4, 1999 is required. This manual replaces the original Flight Manual PSM 1-1-1 and the Flight Manual Supplement required by item 2.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of this permission.
