Data required: (1) Duncan Aviation Document List 10059100 Revision A dated June 5, 2003; and (2) FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement 40028800 Revision Ø dated June 20, 2003 or later FAA approved revision to (1) or (2).
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
