DA 40 (1) Garmin Master Drawing List (MDL) 005-C0004-00, Revision F, dated June 22, 2004; and (2) FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Dwg. Number 190-00303-02, Revision 4, dated June 25, 2004 or later FAA approved revisions to (1) or (2).

The modified aircraft must be operated in accordance with the applicable Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) identified on the Master Drawing List. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
