Configuration (3): Installation of Baron MK 2000 Beaver Wing Angle Modification in accordance with AOG Air Support Inc. drawing AOG-12-001-1 Revision G, dated April 11, 2002, with no gross weight increase.

Configuration (4): Installation of Baron MK 2000 Beaver Wing Angle Modification in accordance with AOG Air Support Inc. drawing AOG-12-001-1 Revision G, dated April 11, 2002, with gross weight increase to 5370 lbs.

2. For Configurations (2) and (4), installation of STC SA1070NE, amended October 29, 1998 (Baron STOL kit), with Flight Manual Supplement No. 1, Revision D, dated March 16, 1998, is required. Installation of STC SA00434NY, amended June 8, 2001, is also required. Maximum gross weight is limited to 5370 lbs., with or without fuel in the wing tip tanks.

Limitations applicable to Configurations (1) and (2):

3. The modified wing strut assemblies, BSWA -STRUT-20 L/R AND BSWA -STRUT-25 L/R, are not geometrically or physically interchangeable with original deHavilland strut assemblies, and cannot be installed without the complete modification in accordance with AOG Air Support Inc. drawing AOG-12-001-1 Revision F, dated February 2, 2001.

Limitations applicable to Configurations (3) and (4):

4. The modified wing strut assemblies, BSWA -STRUT-20 L/R AND BSWA -STRUT-25 L/R, are not geometrically or physically interchangeable with original deHavilland strut assemblies, and cannot be installed without the complete modification in accordance with AOG Air Support Inc. drawing AOG-12-001-1 Revision G, dated April 11, 2002.

Limitations applicable to all configurations:

5. The modified wing strut assemblies, BSWA -STRUT-20 L/R AND BSWA -STRUT-25 L/R, are limited to a maximum service life as defined in Section 1, paragraph 1(a) of AOG Air Support Inc. Maintenance Manual Supplement #MMS- 197-00-001, Revision “New”, dated May 31, 2001, from the time of installation.

6. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
