Description of Type Design Change: Installation of the Blue Sky Network Satellite Telephone System in accordance with FAA approved Gilcom Technologies Master Data List Document No. 1SKY01, Revision “-“ dated April 16, 2002, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holders agree to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holders shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
