Description of Type Design Change: Modification of a Collins CDU-2000/3000 Control Display Unit(s) installation in accordance with Collins Drawing Index as listed on AML No. SA01336WI-D, Revision -, or later FAA approved revision.

(1) Prior FAA approved installation of a Collins CDU-2000/3000 Control Display Unit(s) as listed in Table 1, Table 2, or Table 3 of Collins installation instructions document number RCA-2205-001, Revision -, dated June 20, 2005, or later FAA approved revision, is a prerequisite to this STC.

(2) Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

(3) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

(4) A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA01336WI-D issued August 4, 2005, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

(5) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
