Installation of a Rockwell Collins TCAS 4000 Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS II) in accordance with Elliott Aviation Master Data List, No. 2026-576DL, Revision 8, dated January 6, 2011, or later FAA approved revision.

1) Compatibility of this design change with previously appr oved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Elliott Aviation Doc. No. TCAS4000FMS, Revision 0, approved December 4, 2000, or TCAS4000MFD-85CFMS, Revision 0, approved December 4, 2000, as appropriate for the installed configuration, or later FAA approved revision, is required on board the aircraft modified per Configuration 1.

3) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Elliott Aviation Doc. No. FS2026-576, Revision 2, approved December 6, 2010, or later FAA approved revision, is required on board the aircraft modified per Configuration 2.

CA2026-576, Revision 5, FAA approved January 6, 2011, or later FAA approved revision, is required for this modification.

6) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
