Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of J.P. Instruments (JPI) Primary Engine Data Management System in accordance with JPI Installation Manual for the EDM -900 and EDM-930, Report 908, Revision H, dated January 3, 2012, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the aircraft models listed on the AML only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate, the FAA AML No. SA01435SE, EDM –900 Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number 900-0001, Revision D, approved December 1, 2011, or EDM-930 Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number 930-0001, Revision C, approved December 10, 2004, as appropriate, and the Instructions For Continued Airworthiness, Supplement No. 905 -01, Revision IR, dated December 15, 2011, or later FAA-accepted revisions, and must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
