deseriplion of Type Lestyn Chunge: Modification of a Rockwell Collins Weather Radar System installation in accordance with Rockwell Collins Master Drawing List as listed on AML No. SA01472WI-D, Revision -, dated March 31, 2008, or later FAA approved revision.

(1) Prior FAA approved installation of a Rockwell Collins Weather Radar Receiver/Transmitter/Antenna as listed in Table 1 of Rockwell Collins Aircraft Equipment Matrix document number RCA-2462, Revision -, dated January 7, 2008, or later FAA approved revision, is a prerequisite to this STC.

(2) Installer shali verify that the existing airplane radome is compliant with RTCA Minimum Operation Performance Standards (MOPS) for nose mounted radomes DO-213 Class A Category 1 or equivalent.

(3) Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

(4) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

(5) A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA01472WI-D issued March 31, 2008, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

(6) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
