1. Installed in accordance with the applicable master drawing list (MDL) as listed on AML SA01615SE.

3. Operated in accordance with the applicable airplane flight manual supplement (AFMS) as listed on AML SA01615SE.

4. Refer to 3S22-019-2001 Rev IR or later FAA approved revision for Compliance Data List for Model A200 (C-12C).

2. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate, AML SA01615SE, and the applicable MDL, ICA, and AFMS as listed on AML SA01615SE must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. For aircraft without Gurney Flap installed:

Structural life limits and other requirements for the wing structure are changed by the installation of this certificate. Specifically, the structural life limits for the wing structure, the accomplished times specified for initial and recurring wing structural inspections, and the compliance times for Airworthiness Directives affecting the aircraft listed on AML SA01615SE wing structure only, as expressed in flight hours, may be reduced by up to 35% by the installation of this certificate. The means and requirement to establish the life limits and required compliance times are provided in the applicable ICA documents as listed on AML SA01615SE.

5. Model A200 (C-12C) requires PT6A-42 engines and Gurney Flaps to be installed.
