Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a Meggitt Avionics Electronic Flight System (EFIS) in accordance with Byerly Aviation Master Drawing List No. 800826, Revision L, dated February 14, 2003, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. Compatibility of this design chan ge with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. See drawing No. 831555, Rev. H, dated January 30, 2003, or later FAA approved revision, for specific equipment compatibility limitations.

2. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Byerly Aviation Document No. Meggitt-2, Revision B, FAA approved February 20, 2003, or later FAA approved revision is required on-board the aircraft.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
