Installation of Replacement Crew Seat Backrest Panel in accordance with Aero Consulting Services Modification Data Summary Number D23100, Revision D, Transport Canada approved October 25, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Aero Consulting Services Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness D23172, Revision N/C, dated August 23, 2007, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
