Limitations and Conditions: Aircraft incorporating this modification must be maintained in accordance with Report 130000MMS, Revision NC, and operated in accordance with Report 130000FMS, Revision NC, or later FAA-approved revisions. A copy of the latest approved revision of Report 130000FMS must be kept onboard the airplane during flight operations. Approval of this change in type design applies to the above models aircraft only.

Description of the Type Design Change continued:

Mandatory Installations: To be eligible for this modification, all of the following six required Supplemental Type Certificates must be installed: SA92NW (180 hp Engine Installation), SA00275SE (Vortex Generators), SA00411SE (Extended Landing Gear), SA01158SE (Heavy Duty Tailwheel Assembly), SA01350SE (Replacement Wing Assembly), SA4095NM (Replacement Fuselage Frame).

This approval should not be extended to aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
