(1) Prior FAA approved installation of a Rockwell Collins VHF-4000 or VHF-4000E part number as listed on Rockwell Collins document number RCA-2769, Installation Instructions, VHF-4000 and VHF-4000E 14 CFR Part 23 Aircraft is a prerequisite to this STC.

(2) Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

(3) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

(4) A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA01636WI-D issued July 27, 2011, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

(5) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
