Descriptio n of Type Design Change:
Installation of Hartzell Model PHC-(C,L)3YF-1RF/F8068 three bladed propeller in accordance with D’Shannon Products Installation Instructions as listed on AML No. SA01668CH, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Condition s :
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. Modification is limited to aircraft that have been modified with a Teledyne Continental Motors IO -550-B engine in accordance with D’Shannon Products STC SA2200SW, and aircraft models listed on AML No.SA01668CH.
3. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement FMS-F8068-3, dated April 30, 2001, or later FAA approved revision is required.
4. Check aircraft Weight and Balance.
5. Aircraft equipped with De-Icing system are not approved to fly into known icing condition.
6. A copy of this certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA01668CH, dated July 5, 2002, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for appr oval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
