Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of an 18 gallon right wing fuel tank with electric fuel gauges, relocation of fuel selector valve and switch, and removal of 12 gallon fuselage tank in accordance with Installation Instructions dated June 11, 2006.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Piper model PA-16 aircraft, Registration N5995H, Serial Number 16-623 only. Fuel flow from right wing fuel tank for level flight only. A copy of this Certificate and the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated July 18, 2006 must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
