1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. F AA Approved Floatplane Flight Manual Supplement for Baumann Model BF2150A floats, Revision A, dated September 10, 2002, or later FAA approved revisions, is required with this modification when installing Baumann Model BF2150A floats on the Sky International, Inc. aircraft models listed above.

3. Aviat Aircraft, Inc. is licensed by Sky International, Inc. to manufacture and obtain airworthiness certificates for the Model A-1, A-1A and A-1B in Note 11 of Type Certificate Data Sheet No. A22NM.

4. The Model A-1B, as modified in accordance with this Supplemental Type Certificate, is limited to a maximum landing weight of 2090 lbs. in accordance with FAA Approved Floatplane Flight Manual Supplement for Baumann Model BF2150A floats, Revision A, dated September 10, 2002, or later FAA approved revisions. This restriction applies to landings on land only and is not applicable to water operations

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
