2) 3S Certification, Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) FM91030, Revision - , Dated: 10/03/2013 or later FAA approved revisions

3) 3S Certification, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) CMR-525-145, Revision F, Dated: 09/10/2013 or later FAA accepted revisions Limitations and Conditions:

1) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model of airplane only.

4) A copy of this certificate and the ICA shall be maintained in the airplane permanent records.

5) The Collins Pro-line 21 system must have the WAAS upgrade installed in accordance with Cessna ECR 71276 prior to, or in conjunction with the installation of this STC.
