2. Millennium Concepts Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, No. 2038-AFMS-S1, Rev IR, dated August 19, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions to 1 or 2.
1. For production, on aircraft serial numbers 100-0069, 100-0081, and 100-0084 through 100-0097, STC SA01711WI must be installed prior to modification.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
