Installation of a Teledyne Continental TSIO-550-C1B Model Engine, or TSIO-550-C14B Model Engine, Hartzell PHC-G3YF- 1E/7890K Model Propeller with spinner assembly C-3535-3P, and engine cooling kit in accordance with Malibu Aerospace, LLC Modification Kit Instruction Document No. M5-D3000, Revision B, dated February 23, 2009, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Piper PA-46-310P Malibu with a TCM TSIO-550-C Engine and Hartzell PHC-G3YF-1E/7890K Propeller Installed, dated February 6, 2003, or later FAA Approved revision is required.
3. This modification did not increase the noise level and was not considered an acoustical change as defined in Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Section 21.93(b).
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
