(2) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement RCA-0494, Revision (-), dated July 31, 2015;

(3) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness RCA-0523, Revision (-), dated July 31, 2015;

or later approved/accepted revision for items (1), (2), and (3).

(1) Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only;

(2) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer;

(3) A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft;

(4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission;

(5) Equivalent Level of Safety Findings have been made for the following regulations:

14 CFR 23.1305(a)(2), (a)(3), (c)(2), and (c)(5) Amendment 23-52;

14 CFR 23.1311(a)(6), (a)(7) Amendment 23-49;

14 CFR 23.1549(a), (b), and (c), Amendment 23-45;

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Beechcraft C90GTi is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Beechcraft C90GTi is shown on TCDS 3A20 for parts not changed or not affected by the change;

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by this change since the reference date of application, June 24, 2014, is based upon part 23 as amended by Amendment 23-62. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and
