3) 3S Certification, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 3S17-003-6101, Revision 3.0, Dated: 01/31/2018 or later FAA approved revisions.

1) Approval of this change in type design applies only to the aircraft listed on Approved Model List 3S17-003-1801.

2) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4)A copy of this certificate , the AFMS and the ICA shall be maintained in the airplane permanent records.

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the applicable 14 CFR Part 23 aircraft affected is as follows:
