Installation of Graphic Engine Monitors (G.E.M.), Models GEM-610 and GEMINI 1200, must be in accordance with GEM Series Installation Manual, Drawing 8258, Version 3.0, dated May 1996.

1. Operation must be in accordance with Insight Instrument Corporation Flight Manual Supplement FMS610/1200, Revision 1, Transport Canada approved April 28, 2006.

2. Maintenance must be completed in accordance with Insight Instrument Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Graphic Engine Monitor, Doc. 610-1200-ICA, Issue 1, dated April 17, 2006.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

5. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA01860NY, issued February 3, 2004, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
