In accordance with 14 CFR §§ 21.101(b), the criteria specified in FAA AC 21.101-1B, and the FAA policy for not significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, this design change does not constitute a substantial or significant change and is therefore “Non-Significant” and meets the criteria for earlier requirements equivalent to the existing certification basis.

The certification basis for the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA01867WI is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for all models included in the AML not changed or not affected by the change remain as specified by the applicable TCDS.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change for all models included in the AML since the reference date of application, August 15, 2017, is based upon 14 CFR Part 23 as amended by Amendment 23-0 through 23-34. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.101(b), and the FAA policy for not significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
